A Family Business Founded in 2017, with High Ethical Standards and Measurable Success in Mind.

Conscious Collaborative's founders, Candice McDermott and Douglas Worner, combined their real-world experience and passion for digital marketing to establish an agency that works with small, local businesses and ethically-minded companies. Their goal? To offer clients a new kind of agency experience, where a shared vision and meaningful relationship are expected.

We are not a passive organization; we actively engage with and approach organizations we believe to be ideal collaborators. Additionally, as part of our business philosophy, we operate without a set financial retainer. This means that we will work with clients who are compatible with our aims, whether they dedicate a large sum towards an ongoing, yearly project, or make a modest investment in one-time, pro-rated services.
